· All transportation changes must be communicated in writing to your student’s teacher and please copy ramsteines.attendance@dodea.edu. 

· Please send proof of flu vaccines to our nurse at samantha.lundell@dodea.edu

· As we approach the cooler winter months, please remember that students are not permitted to carry any medication, including over-the-counter items in their backpacks or on them. All medications must be stored and administered through the nurse’s office and must be accompanied by a doctor’s note. Please note that cough drops are considered a form of medication and must also be handled through the nurse’s office.

· To help us maintain a safe and supervised environment during recess, we kindly ask that all visits conclude at the end of the lunch period.

· To ensure all students are accounted for, please avoid taking your child from the line during dismissal without notifying the teacher. Please wait until the class has exited and the teacher can dismiss your child safely.
