Yearbook – $40 Order your yearbook now to have it delivered to the school as part of a bulk order, with an estimated arrival in May. Please note: If you anticipate moving before April, you must wait until the ship-to-home option becomes available, as delivery changes cannot be accommodated. - Please remember that all visitors are asked to wear a yellow badge while on campus. If a staff member notices someone without a badge, they’ll guide you to the front office to get one.
- All student checkouts must be completed in person at the front office. Phone call checkouts are not permitted. Please note that students may not wait in the office for parent arrival.
- The bus lane is closed 0730-0815 (M,T,W,F), 0830-0915 (Thurs.) and 14:00-15:15 daily. Parking is not permitted at the front of the school during these times.
- Students arriving after 0815 or 0915 (late start Thursdays) are considered tardy and must be signed in by a parent or guardian in the front office.

As we prepare for School Year 2026/2027, please review the information below regarding student bus transportation.
No Action Needed If:
- Your student currently has a bus pass that expires September 2026 or later.
These students will be automatically pre-registered for start of next school year.
Action Required If:
- You received a tour extension (you must re-register for SY26/27).
- Your address has changed or you plan to move before start SY26/27.
- Your child will NOT use bus transportation next school year.
- Your family is relocating from the Ramstein School Zone this summer.
If your child will stop riding the bus, please reply with the last date of ridership.
How to Register (if required)
- Complete the DoDEA Form 4500 (available on each Ramstein school website under Student Transportation).
- Email the completed fillable form to ramstein.sbo@dodea.edu
- Subject line: “Re-Registration SY26/27 – Sponsor Last Name”
- Attach .jpeg photo(s) labeled with the child’s Last Name, First Name.
- If you have moved, include proof of address (housing contract or recent utility bill).
- All applications must include:
- Official duty email
- Sponsor personal email
- Sponsor DSN number
- Sponsor personal phone number
- Spouse information (name, email, and phone) may be added in Section IV – Additional Information on DoDEA Form 4500 if someone other than the spouse is listed as the emergency contact

After-School Playground Reminder
We love seeing our families enjoy the playground after school! Students are welcome to use the equipment; however, they must be supervised by an adult. Please refer to KMC supervisory matrix.
To help us keep everyone safe and protect our school, please remind students to keep rocks on the ground and not throw them toward school windows.
Additionally, if a ball or other item lands on top of a building, students should not attempt to climb onto the roof to retrieve it. Climbing on buildings is unsafe.

Monday - Chicken nuggets, onion rings, and savory sweet potato fries and fruit.
Tuesday - Hamburger or cheeseburger, oven fries and fruit.
Wednesday - Sweet and sour meatball bowl, seasoned carrots and fruit.
Thursday - Cheese pizza, seasoned broccoli and fruit.
Friday - Fish nugget, seasoned corn and fruit.
Monday - Penne mac and cheese, chicken nuggets or philly beef steak sandwich, onion rings, bell pepper strips or savory sweet potato fries, and fruit.
Tuesday - Hamburger, cheeseburger or chicken torta, cucumber coins or oven fries, and fruit.
Wednesday - Sweet and sour meatball bowl or chicken veggie dumplings, seasoned carrots or celery sticks, and fruit.
Thursday -Cheese pizza or manager's choice pizza, seasoned broccoli or pizza beans, and fruit.
Friday - Beef or chicken nachos, fish, cherry tomato bowl and seasoned corn, and fruit.
