Ms. Natalie Horne
Biography
Ms. Horne serves as the Principal of Ramstein Elementary School. She previously worked as an assistant principal at both Ramstein Middle and Elementary Schools, where she focused on building strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.
She joined DoWEA in 2012 as a Business Education and Computer Science teacher at Incirlik Air Base in Turkey and held several leadership roles supporting school improvement and accreditation. Prior to DoWEA, Ms. Horne taught for seven years in public education, including special education and technology courses.
Ms. Horne is a University of Georgia alumna and holds advanced degrees in Business Education and Educational Administration. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and is proud to serve the Ramstein Elementary community.
