Dear 2nd Grade Families,
Is your 2nd grader interested in leadership and making a difference at Ramstein Elementary School? We are excited to invite students to join the RES Student Council! Click Here to learn more about Student Council and complete the interest form. Forms must be submitted by Wednesday, September 25th. We look forward to seeing our young leaders in action!Â

- All transportation changes should be shared with the teacher and/or front office the day the change will happen. For example, a transportation change for Friday should not be shared with the front office on Monday.
- RES is a pet free zone.
- Parents are welcome to start eating lunch with their student on October 1. Please sign-in at the front office.
- If you are on the playground after dismissal, our school facilities are closed during this time.
- The bus lane is closed to all moving vehicles including bikes at the following times: 07:40-08:15 and 2:00- 3:15pm.

- Lost and Found items will be managed on a quarterly basis. If your student has misplaced something, please encourage them to check the Lost and Found regularly. Any unclaimed items will be donated at the end of each quarter this year.
- Every Thursday is a late start. School starts at 0915 on Thursdays. If your child rides the bus, please note that pick-up times will also be adjusted accordingly and will be one hour later than the usual time. Please be aware that dismissal time will remain the same at **1440**
- Red Ribbon Week is October 21-24. More information will be coming soon.
