Hi RES Families,

Just a reminder, the bus lane is closed from 0730-0815 and 1400-1515 (M, T, W, F). On Thursdays, the closure is from 0830-0915 and 1400-1515. No traffic is permitted in the bus lane during these times.

Additionally, student check-outs should be completed by 1345.

Important Information

Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on October 31st and November 1st. Please look for correspondence from your child’s teacher regarding sign-up.

Pictures: A QR card was sent home with your child last week. Scan the QR code and log in with your email address. The deadline for batch prints (free shipping arriving at the school) will be in 2 weeks after they are posted online. After the cut off date, prints will take around 10 days to arrive at the school and will be handed out to your child to take home. Please use your APO AE address as your billing address for tax free orders. If your address isn't accepted in the system when paying, please use this address: UNIT 21 (street), APO (City), AE (State), 09752 (zip), USA. Deployment Buddies- If there is a deployed parent (90 days or more), your student can be a part of this program. Click HERE for more information.
All transportation changes should be shared with the teacher and/or front office the day the change will happen. For example, a transportation change for Friday should not be shared with the front office on Monday.
The bus lane is closed to all moving vehicles including bikes at the following times: 07:40-08:15 and 2:00pm-3:15pm.
During afternoon dismissal, please make sure students are closely monitored after the hand to hand transition from teacher to parent.
RES is a pet free zone.
If you are on the playground after dismissal, our school facilities are closed during this time.

Lost and Found items will be managed on a quarterly basis. If your student has misplaced something, please encourage them to check the Lost and Found regularly. Any unclaimed items will be donated at the end of each quarter this school year.
Every Thursday is a late start. School starts at 0915 on Thursdays. If your child rides the bus, please note that pick-up times will also be adjusted accordingly and will be one hour later than the usual time. Please be aware that dismissal time will remain the same at **14:40 **.
