What's Going On This Week?

Wednesday, April 23rd - School Advisory Committee Meeting- at 1530 in Room 125.

School Advisory Committee

A School Advisory Committee (SAC) is established for each DoDEA overseas school. The SAC is comprised of parents, teachers, and other stakeholders who have a vested interest in quality education at the school. The committee's purpose is to:

  • Advise the principal and installation commander on policies and programs within their purview.
  • Foster communications among administrators, military leaders, parents, and students.
  • Provide a coordinated process to address and resolve issues at the lowest level. Facilitate problem solving and recommend action to appropriate officials.

As the weather warms up, we love seeing students enjoy the playground after school! We kindly ask parents to stay vigilant during this time to ensure everyone’s safety and to help protect school property. Thank you for your continued support!

🔒 Student Pick-Up Reminder
For the safety of all students, anyone picking up a student must be listed on the student’s authorized pick-up list. If you need to make any updates to your child’s authorized pick-up information, please contact the front office at: ramsteines.attendance@dodea.edu. Thank you for helping us keep our students safe!

🐕‍🦺Ramstein Elementary School is a pet-free zone. We kindly ask that pets are not brought onto school grounds during arrival, dismissal, or events.

As You Plan Ahead…

As you begin planning for the end of the school year, please note that the last day for RES students will be Monday, June 9th (full day).
RES students will NOT attend school on Tuesday, June 10th, as our staff will use that time to begin preparing for classroom moves and the setup of 10 Universal Pre-K classrooms for next school year.

Please note that RIS, RMS, and RHS students will still be in session on Tuesday, June 10th for a half day.

Thank you for your continued support as we plan for an exciting year ahead!
